EOP – Emergency Operations Plan

Per KRS 39B.030 and further oulined in 106 KAR 1:200, every emergency management director must maintain and develop an EOP which is to establish and set forth organizational structure, polices, procedures, and guidelines for coordination in disaster and emergency situations in the county and/or cities therein.

Harrison County’s EOP is constantly being revised to accomodate various changes in the community and government – on local, state, and federal levels.

Due to the fact that several revisions are currently being made to the Harrison County Emergency Operations Plan, we cannot give you a version to view at this time. We are able to provide you with a link to a generic EOP created by KYEM which most counties base their EOP on. You may view the generic EOP at:
