Mr. McGuffin retired from his position as EM Director after two and a half years. Dave is still an active member of the Emergency Management team as a deputy.

Dave has been a Kentcucky State Trooper, traffic investigator, Cynthiana Chief of Police, and a farmer. David has also served as co-director of the Enhanced 911 project in Harrison Co., LEPC Secretary/Treasurer, and Solid Waste Coordinator for Harrison County.
